Current Procedures
The Foodbank is open and we are operating within the social distance guidelines.

We are conscious of our volunteer’s safety, as well as those that use the foodbank. Please use the hand-gel available before entering the building, masks are also a requirement too. We ask that you do not turn up if you are unwell, someone outside the household can collect your food bags, with your voucher. If this is not possible, please contact us and  arrangements can be made to drop them off. We would, however, need electronic evidence of a voucher or a referral confirmation. We can be e-mailed ot cmfoodbank@gmail.com, our office number is only being manned during church opening hours 01202 602948 or you can reach us via facebook.

Community News

Carnival - We took part in Corfe Mullen Carnival in 2019; like everyone else we spent ages making our outfits, only for the 5 minute downpour to destroy 50% of our work. Our Rice Krispie box survived though!

Craft - We held some craft sessions at the Children’s Centre, which were great fun.

How we operate
We are all volunteers, none of us get paid. ALL money donated goes to the Foodbank. If you wish to donate money for specific items, such as milk, we are happy to oblige.

History
The community of Corfe Mullen (churches, children centre, housing agencies, parish council etc.) met one day early in 2013 with a shared goal. Their experience knew there was a need for a Foodbank in the village. Corfe Mullen Community Foodbank, sponsored by Engage, opened its doors for the first time in November 2013; we have been open ever since - except Bank holidays!
